Why we chose print.

The reasons as to why we chose print are relatively numerous, these reasons appeared to outweigh the reasons to do the film option. Firstly, the main reason was that the majority of our group had prior image manipulation experience, while also having limited knowledge on film editing. Furthermore, there appears to be a strong interest in the music genre from our group, which we would be able to transfer to our work. Also, we came to the general conclusion that the creation of our magazine would be fun, giving us free-range to experiment with various different software packages in its construction; we’d be able to use such image-manipulation software as ‘Adobe Photoshop CS3’, ‘Microsoft Publisher’ and other software options to the same effect.
