At the point of starting this project our group already had a notable amount of experience in working as a team, due to past projects which were performed by us three working together. Task allocation for our group was relatively simplistic, when a task arises it is either given to the person with the least work load at the current time, or who is best suited to the task; depending on what the task is. Our time was organised relatively well, each given moment where we were all together a different job was allocated to each member to get on with; while also discussing their own task with the group to further their work and develop their individual task. This method of working has proven to be best for getting a varied array of ideas in our tasks, not just the ideas of one person. However, certain tasks which were distributed between us could only be completed individually; for example this section itself could only be done by one person due to the famous saying ‘too many Chefs spoil the broth’.
