The following are the final designs for my own magazine, all pictures are taken by me either manually or set up on a tripod and set on a timer.

Development of Contents Page.

I will now show step by step how I created my contents page, using print-screens to illustrate what I’m describing.

Firstly, I put down the standard masthead, however specifically edited this version to show that it’s the contents page. I then added the first basic layout for text boxes/images. One image is shown as a point of reference.

Next I began to fill out the contents page, entering in new pictures with page reference, while also laying down the original concepts for the ‘In this Issue’ bar running down the side of the page.

Finally, I refined the 'In this Issue' bar with headers and custom made page references (as seen below), altering it from the original design which proved space efficient.

The above is the final page reference design for my contents page, and is featured within it.
